3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 77pu account. Operating, attempting to operate, or benefiting from more than one account — regardless of the registration details used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77pu employs technical and human review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and all associated balances will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77pu will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. You agree to notify 77pu support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 77pu account, and at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes, 77pu may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID) and may also require proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.

77pu processes deposits and withdrawals for Philippine players using GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the platform. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the 77pu platform:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 4.2 Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

All balances, transactions, and game credits on the 77pu platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for a particular game or feature.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have verified accounts in good standing.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slots, RNG table games, and other non-live games on the 77pu platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and are not manipulated by 77pu or any third party.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

6.3 Disputed Game Results

6.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage by any means is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in such conduct will be immediately suspended, and all winnings from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pu platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the 77pu platform in a manner not available to a regular human user.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with the 77pu platform's code, infrastructure, or game systems.

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person using your account.
• Making chargebacks or disputing transactions with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through 77pu's support channels.

• Verbally abusing, threatening, or harassing 77pu support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

All content on the 77pu platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, marketing materials, copy, graphics, and software — is the property of 77pu or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the 77pu platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform's services for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77pu content.

Game content displayed on the 77pu platform is owned by the respective game providers (JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms in addition to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77pu's total liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the 77pu platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their 77pu account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77pu is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place on the 77pu platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set or reduced. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

77pu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or prohibited conduct as described in Article 7.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution through 77pu's support channels.
• 77pu is required to do so by regulatory instruction, court order, or applicable law.
• The Player has provided false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to 77pu.

Upon account termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after deducting outstanding bonus wagering obligations, disputed transactions, and losses attributable to prohibited conduct may be returned to the Player at 77pu's discretion. Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 77pu live chat support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of KYC verification where not yet completed.

77pu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 77pu platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Article 12. You will not be disadvantaged by changes made to Terms during an active bonus period — existing bonus terms in force at the time a bonus was claimed will remain applicable for that bonus cycle.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the 77pu platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including the rules and regulations of PAGCOR as they apply to online gaming operators in the Philippines.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to contact 77pu's support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 77pu support is available 24/7 via live chat and will endeavor to respond to all substantive complaints within 24 hours.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, you may submit a formal written complaint to 77pu by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 77pu will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

14.3 Regulatory Escalation

If a complaint remains unresolved after the formal complaint process has been exhausted, the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes. 77pu agrees to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated in good faith by a Player.
